Art It Out- Until you are ready to talk
What
is “Art It Out”
Art
it out is an initiative for life coaching through art therapy. We believe that
talking about some things isn't easy. Art It Out provides a creative outlet to
cope with stress & anxiety in our everyday lives. It offers a mode of
self-discovery to foster happiness & emotional resilience. Art therapy
involves the use of creative techniques such as drawing, painting, collage and colouring
to help people express themselves artistically and examine the psychological
and emotional undertones in their art. The goal of art therapy is to utilise
the creative processes to help people explore self-expression and, in doing so,
find new ways to gain personal insight and increase their happiness level!
"Art
It Out" facilitates unlocking the untapped power of your subconscious mind
to release the inner stress, process emotions better and find clarity and
meaning in everyday life. We host workshops in different cities to share this
concept with as many interested individuals as possible.

Message From The Founder
Art
has always been my favourite pastime since childhood and as the years
progressed, I decided to derive something more meaningful out of it. I believe
that my role is to help people explore and express themselves authentically
through art. Through this process, people may find relief from overwhelming
emotions, crises or trauma. They may discover insights about themselves,
increase their sense of well-being, enrich their daily lives through creative
expression, or experience personal transformation. I recognize the power of art
to expand self-understanding, to offer insight not available through other
means, and to extend people’s ability to communicate. I also view art
expressions as personal narratives conveyed through images, as well as through
the stories that people attach to those images. Finding personal meaning in
one’s images is often part of the art therapy process. For some people, it is
one of the most potent therapeutic qualities of art expression. It is a
powerful way of knowing yourself better and leading a happier life.
